  1. All game times are 1 hour and 50 minutes.

  2. SPEED UP rule is one minute after the last out, after the first inning.

  3. Umpire enforcement includes batter not ready, strike one etc, pitcher not ready, ball one etc.

  4. Batter must be in the batters circle and pitcher must be on the mound for rules to be enforced.

  5. Teams can bat the lineup and free substitution is allowed.

  6. If batting 9, with more players on the bench, you are allowed free substitution. Those replacement players must replace the players in that batting order. DH with 9 players is allowed.

  7. Courtesy runner at anytime for pitcher or catcher from the first available player.

  8. Run rule will be 10 run advantage after 5 innings.

  9. Brazos River Division on field managers & coaches must wear baseball pants.

  10. Home team is responsible for official game scorebook.

  11. NFHS & Fort Bend Baseball League does not govern pitch counts, this is the managers responsibility.

Umpire Fee Per Game 1 Hour 50 Minutes $50 Per Game
Umpire Fee Per Game 2 Hours or 7 Innings $60 Per Game
Umpire Fee for 7 Inning no time limit $70 per game
   
IF GAME(S) CALLED FOR ANY REASON FEE PER UMPIRE
(A) In time to stop umpires @ home $0
(B) Before first game but umpires show $15
(C) During first game $50
(D) Between games of double header $50
(E) During second game of double header $100
(F) First game forfeit second game played, unless notified $100
(G) First game played second game forfeit $50
(H) First game delayed due to weather & impossible to start gm 2 $50
(I) Completion of suspended game at later date $25
(J) Extra inning fee-per inning-for games that go beyond regular innings scheduled $5
(K) One umpire $70
