1.
What
constitutes
a complete
game? If a
game is
stopped for
any reason
prior to
expiration of
time limit,
it shall be
considered
as a
complete
game if 3
1/2 innings
have been
completed
and the home
team is
ahead. If
the home
team is
behind, then
at the
completion
of four
innings of
play. The
league will
determine
circumstances
for game
replay,
continuation
or
cancellation.
2.
May a team
add players
to roster
after season
has started?
Yes, up
until June
21, 2013
when rosters
become
frozen.
Teams who
have not
submitted
rosters by
that date
are not
eligible for
Championship
Day
Playoffs. A
player may
only play on
1 playoff
team.
